Summer updates from the Cathedral Heritage Foundation

Open hours: Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Updated multi-language audio/video tours are making progress!

The Cathedral of Saint Paul is one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in our nation. It enshrines priceless mosaics from the Vatican as well as windows and sculptures by some of the greatest American artists of the past century. We think it’s well worth a visit.

For an in-person tour, register on the CSP website.

For those taking their own tour, the Cathedral Heritage Foundation wanted to expand the offering and share the tour information in English, and languages most often requested by our non-English speaking visitors. We have been busy filming all new video of the Cathedral of Saint Paul, inside and outside. And a fresh new script shares the history, symbolism, and background on the sacred architecture.

Details on the launch date will be on our Cathedral Heritage Foundation website soon.

Audio/Video tours allow you to explore at your own pace from where ever you are.

This multi-language audio/video tour will be available via an app you can download to your tablet or phone. A map with markers indicates where each chapter begins as you guide yourself around the Cathedral.

Viking River Cruise arrival

We are excited to hear passengers from the Viking River Cruise will be docking in St. Paul once again and taking a tour of the Cathedral of Saint Paul on July 6. We heard that the Cathedral is one of their favorite destinations while in the Capital city. We hope they leave with Cathedral Tote Bags and Color books in hand!
