Dear Friends of the Cathedral Heritage Foundation,
We are in those precious days of the summer season and we have two upcoming events that will take advantage of the warm days.
First, welcome back Fr. Joseph Johnson as the Rector of the Cathedral of Saint Paul. Fr. Joseph previously served as Rector from 2006 to 2012. He also started the Cathedral Heritage Foundation in 2007, on the 100th Anniversary of the laying of the Cathedral’s cornerstone, and launched the inaugural Festival of Lights gala which served as our annual fundraising event for the foundation. For the past 12 years, he has served as Pastor at Holy Family Church in St. Louis Park.
Fr. Ryan Glaser will be serving the parish as the new parochial vicar. He was ordained last year and has been finishing up advanced studies in liturgy in Rome.
This Sunday, July 14. Fr. Joseph will be celebrating his first Mass, as Rector once again. The parish will host an informal reception in the Cathedral courtyard following the
10 a.m. Mass to welcome both Fr. Joseph and Fr. Ryan. All are welcome!
