Dear Friends of the Cathedral Heritage Foundation,
We invite you to consider a donation to our CHF restoration fund on this grand day of giving in Minnesota, Give to the Max!
One of the intentions of the CHF includes hosting concerts at the Cathedral of Saint Paul, most of which are offered free to the community. Therefore keeping our Great Cathedral Pipe Organs tuned is a must! We do this at least twice a year, and your donations help make this happen. See what it entails with this video of an organ tuner in the gallery organ case as he squeezed himself between the pipes ranks. Tough work!
Thank you all for your support and continued generosity. And we wish you all a
very blessed Thanksgiving holiday.

The Great Cathedral Pipe Organs includes two organs, an E.M. Skinner Organ, and Æolian-Skinner Organ, which underwent a complete restoration and expansion between 2010-2013 by Quimby Pipe Organs, Inc. The two organs now have a combined 94 ranks for a total of 5,848 pipes, ranging in size from over 32′ in length, to as small as a ballpoint pen.
Coloring book benefits restoration fund
As we anticipate spending more time indoors during the colder months, consider picking up a
Cathedral of Saint Paul Coloring Book. The designs inside the book feature monumental
works in stained glass and sculpture, as well as a selection of priceless mosaics. Today’s
artists (of any age) can add their own spin to work produced by some of the greatest
American artisans of their time.
